I'd eliminate the the initiative column (once you have it sorted, you don't need it anymore), and the star (and other icons at the end). Squish all the other ones tight, and leave lots of room for effects. Color code effects to determine duration at a glance (or something like that). Finally, allow players to pre-enter their powers' lasting effects. Astral Seal and Psychic Lock are good examples of oddball effects that you should be able to enter once in detail, and then re-apply easily.</p></blockquote><p></p>
