At least these alone are far enough to design a character different from what I have played before! Generally I play spellcasters, and for example I could try some Domain Wizard or a Cloistered Cleric, with eventually other new things from the spec/summon/feature variants that you may allow. Two notes worth mentioning: 1) Recharge Magic is a huge change. It completely breaks the spells/day limit by "recharging" used spell slots, and on the other hand it introduces a minimum waiting time between 2 casting of the same spell and casting of different spells of the same level. It is a dramatic depart from the normal magic rules. I want to use it in the future as part of a campaign, where the characters will travel to a place where magic works this way, so it would be useful for to check out how this affects the game. But, think carefully before you allow this ;) 2) Gestalt Character... well this is not necessarily what I want to try. I wouldn't mind of course, but using GC may actually "hide" the effect of playing a variant class. For example, if I wanted to try a Battle Sorcerer, the increased HD and BAB could be totally unuseful once the second class had them higher. In other words, if I play a gestalt campaign, I'd rather choose 2 core classes instead, so I'll have to think if it's really what I want. I'm fine with the long term and the combat-light aspect of the campaign. The only thing is that I cannot post during the weekends, so it should not be intensive on Saturdays and Sundays.
