I generally allow PHB and Xanathar's content though I will remove certain options based on the needs of my setting. Most often removing the Drow subrace and sometimes Dragonborn and Tieflings as well. I don't use Tasha's at my table. I mix in a bit of homebrew as needed.  I'm surprised to see relatively little mention of third party content given how much quality material there is for 5e. I've been making use of a lot of Kobold Press stuff in my games. In particular material from their Midgard Heroes Handbook and Deep Magic books. Looking forward to sprinkling in magic items from the recently released Vault of Magic in my new campaign. And also to seeing their Tome of Heroes when it releases.</blockquote>
