After trying some alterations, we hopefully have arrived at one that will be enjoyed by others.Includes a variant Hunter Archetype and Spell Weaver Archetype.After countless days of playtesting and trying to create a modified 1/3 Ranger Spellcaster archetype, we have finally arrived at an obvious conclusion. Half casters such as the paladin and PHB ranger have 3 levels in which no abilities are gained. Our initial attempts were disappointing as the proper balance of Spellweaver archetype proved to be unacceptable to us.Thinking outside of the box, we have created an archetype that is a 1/2 caster with all the core Ranger abilities and the beast companion. By negating the 3 archetype features to replicate the 3 levels of no ability improvement as other 1/2 spell casters, we believe we have finally created a balanced archetype spellcasting class. Essentially, we made the Beast Companion in the Spell-less Ranger the “archetype” for the Spell Weaver Ranger.We hope you agree and enjoy.It is offered as PAY WHAT YOU WANT.
