That means the Demigod will walk around with every spell in existence persisted upon it, at a caster level she will have a hard time dispelling. It will also probably have every Su ability you can think of Persisted. It also gets a ton of immunities by default. Also it will have high stars, so she might not win the imitative battle - both can cast Celertiy and Nerveskitter, but the Deity will have an Epic feat or two, meaning it will almost always go first.If it goes first the fight will end after the first Timestop.I'm excluding Epic Spellcasting because that'd be a nuclear arms race where any deity with a following (ie. casters who can sacrifice spell slots) can and will develop Epic spells faster (or has already)[/sblock]But that's besides the point. Normally a well played Batman/GOD Wizard really does rival the power of your average, WOTC published Deity at level 20, and goes insane at Epic levels. Those builds out of the Theoretical Optimization threads surpass any published Deity that doesn't haver Supreme Initiative + Salient Life&Deeath as SDAs.Don't expect Malachei's character to go for such heights however.
