I don't feel that the designers like chocolate in their peanut butter or peanut butter in their chocolate. You have no champion for psionics on the design team, so it won't get designed. Problematic Topics in the setting: Slavery, Muls, ethnic/racial genocide, literal thought police There is a lot that will need to be cleaned up and written carefully and with empathy. Things will change. A lot. I am coming around to it because my own sheltered/privileged life has shielded me from the impact of some of these topics. Unfortunately, I no longer think WotC design is capable of handling a thoughtful and empathic reimagining of the setting after Hadozee in 5E Spelljammer. They are not the guys for the job. Maybe if they farm it out to some of the Radiant Citadel folks?</blockquote>
