Do Law and Good domains stack?

Say I have a 1st level cleric with domains Law and Good. I cast Summon monster I to summon some lawful good celestial creature. Since each domain allows me to cast spells of the same descriptor as the domain as a cleric one level higher, do I cast such a spell as a 3rd level cleric (thus getting the critter for 3 rounds)? Or do the domain powers merely overlap in this case, in which case I cast the spell as a 2nd level cleric?

if you were going to create this cleric, be chaotic good. CG is the only good alignment with a summonable monster EVERY level of the spell, 1-9

Since each bonus isn't named, there is no reason why they would fail to stack. As a DM, if a player were to take those two comparatively-weak Domains (the domain power for each of those is a bit on the underpowered side, compared to others in the PHB), I'd not quibble over their stacking at all.
