That being said, the options and functionality of most of the service is pretty nice. Enough to make the periodic unresponsiveness a minor/major annoyance but not much worse than that. I find they do individual emails to your email account nicely. It almost always works right, even when the web portal is acting up - the other email options can be flaky as well though (daily digest, etc).</blockquote>
