It has secret prisons, covers up threats to the public, has committed genocide at least once (against the Silurians), operates out of a tower with a super-laser in a heavily-populated area, employs child soldiers, etc. Then this episode proved they're incompetent and prefer threatening the public to earning the public's trust.And from what I can see online apparently the UNIT corruption plotline is not going to be resolved on the show and instead will take place on the UNIT spinoff.</blockquote>
