There is no such thing. All the OA material is closed content; nothing is Open.

Actually, a lot of it is open through the Rokugan line.

Of course, it's not available as SRD, and you have to buy the books and look at them.

And of course, you'll need to befriend a sphinx in order to have someone that may understand the d20/OGC legal blurbs.

But when I read the licenses in Rokugan d20, I got the feeling the classes they reprinted (and modified a bit) from OA were OGC.

They have an extensive PI declaration, including "any and all material adapted from Oriental Adventures" except what's already open.

ahhh.

i thought that since it had a dungeons and dragons logo it was open game content. my fault. like i said before, my understanding of ogc was quite limited.

Actually, it's pretty much the opposite. Except for the core books, and the Psionics Handbook, anything with the D&D logo is closed content, though rumors persist of Deities and Demigods and the ELH becoming open.

d20 logo

Everything from WotC will have the logo - it is their trademark they could slap it on a pokemon card if they wanted to. Any other company may use the d20 logo & trademark if they:
1) agree to the terms of the freely available d20 STL or
2) work out a specific licensing agreement with WotC

IF the product is released under the d20 STL it is required to have at least 5% Open Content.
