I am Just thinking that Swords of Lankmar D20 has a nice sound. Im a Die hard Fritz Leiber reader, and my request in Conversions for a PDF of the subject went without one reply.

I own everything TSR ever produced for Lankhmar setting, but I'm not willing to sell any of it. However, many of the supplements pop up on ebay for $3-$5 plus shiping. If you have a question let me know, and I'll try to answer.

Warning: many of the supplements suck. They did not do a good job on many of them. You name it: bad editing, bad ideas, material in direct conflict with Leiber's work (as in female thieve's guild members).

I am working on d20 Lankhmar. I pestered Clark Peterson of Necromancer games about getting the rights (he thought Laknhmar d20 would be cool), but he thinks that WoTC still has the RPG rights to Fritz's work. So, I am going to setup a website in the vein of Conan d20 with conversions, sometime this fall. I'll post in the ENWorld forums when I get some stuff done.

I think d20 is a great tool for modeling the denizens of Lankhmar/Newhon.

Thats cool that I wasn't the first to think about the Idea, Fritz's writing is some of the best classic Fantasy writing that lends itself to D&D.

I had noticed the bad stuff with the supliments but it was somewhere to start rather than just taking notes as I reread the books.

That is why It should be made by Readers/Gamers instead of someone who doesn't care to make it right.

And yeah d20 does lend itself to Nehwon.

I would love to see whatever you get done. And perhaps asking WOTC if they would lease the rights or donate them out, I dunno. Doubt that they'll use it for much other than Dragon Setting Articles or what not.
