Yeah, it  wasn't as good as season 2, but I thought it was greatly superior to season 1  (which I did't think that much of, I enjoyed it, but I didn't love it like season 2).  Granted, Lauren really sucked. Yuck.  I miss Will. Francie, not so much.  You can't kill of Sloane. Sloane is the archnemesis. Sure, write him out for a bit,  y'know, he disappears or something, but in the end, the final epidsode, the big  climax (or anticlimax), he has to be there. He's the center figure in the whole  Rambaldi Device metaplot. He's the Gul Dukat. The Q. The Cigarette Smoking  Man. The Hellmouth. The Senior Partners. The Janeway. Y’know.  Sark you can kill. But it has to be kewl. I love his rogue-ish only-out-for-his-own -skin arse. Still, I’d miss him.  The whole hold-me/let-me-go thing between Syd and Vaughn is getting tired.  They tried to give it a spin with Lauren's inclusion, but I think it's time for them to  just get together, be happy for a bit and move into new story territory. If you can't  get old drama to work, don't milk it but bring in some new drama instead. You  can maybe revisit it later on.  Jack is as totally kewl as always. Go Jack!  More Tarantino!  One thing in particular I liked about last season was Syd's attitude. For once, we  finally got to see her shoot someone. Gawd! I was getting *so* tired of her  fighting someone just so he'd fall onto his knife or get shot in the back by  someone else. Syd's a nice gal, I get it, but damnit, she's still a frickin' superspy!</blockquote>
