Does anyone know anything about the new Complete Mage book?

Just curious if there is any real info as to what is going to be in the new Complete Mage book. Will it be a partial rehash of Complete Arcane? Are they going to have a bunch of spells which are already printed in the Spell compendium? Any opinions on if it will be worthwhile to purchase? Any insider info out there?

It's allegedly all new stuff. The Table of Contents makes it look pretty great (although I would have liked even a half-page on new familiars and maybe a familiar-centric PrC).

As one of the writers, I can assure there's next to zero rehash. (I say "next to" because it's always possible there's a bit in there that I haven't caught.) It complements Complete Arcane and Spell Compendium, not rehashes or replaces them.

Any idea why there is such a complete lack of info on the WotC site?
No big deal, but it seems odd to have nothing when there are usually a couple decent previews.

Just asking.

It just came out this month, and this is about normal. They will release more excerpts within the next couple of weeks.

No big deal.

But they usually have one decent preview up in the month before the release and another during the immediate lead up.

Again, no big deal. But this is way less than normal.
Heck, the September preview even says: "I couldn't find anything".
I've never seen that before. At least not that I recall.

From looking at the table of contents, there seems to be quite a lot of new feats, over 10 new prestige classes as well as some new spells and magic items. It looks like they also came up with some more magical locations (as first seen in DMG II).
