Message: <blockquote data-quote="TheGogmagog" data-source="post: 2730816" data-attributes="member: 27702">By RAW you do not lose the spells from your spellbook, and could chose two different spells when you level up again.  If you lose acess to a level of spells (when you die on odd levels), you do un-learn the spells.  They arn't removed from your spellbook, but you do need to make a spellcraft check to learn them which is not nessesary for automatic spells and is frequently ignored for scribing new spells because the DC is low enough you can take 10 if you have at least half ranks in spellcraft.But as mentioned, it's not a popular ruling.</blockquote>
