Does Dragon Shaman aura questions

1) Does the aura's effect take place immediatley upon activation? For example, if I activate the fast healing aura, does everyone heal up immediately or on their iniative?

2) Is it possible to spend the whole round and switch auras twice or does the normal swift action to switch auras prevent this from happening?

3) I have the initiative aura on before a combat, and everyone rolls initiative and starts combat. On my action I switch auras, do all of my friends lose their place in initiative, or is their place set for this combat?

1) They gain "fast healing" immediately, but it has no effect until their initiative, since "fast healing" heals them on their turn.

2) Only one swift action per turn. I don't see any point to switching twice, anyway.

3) Keep same initiative (except ready/delay etc).

On my action, I have the power aura up, and gain +X to all my damage rolls. Once my attacks are done, I switch to the energy shield aura, so when my enemy retaliates he takes further damage. Oh...there's plenty of goodness to be had if you can switch auras multiple times a turn.

It is my understanding that normally one can perform a swift action as a standard action if one is willing to. (For example, only one quickened spell may be cast in a turn, but even if a wizard has two spells prepared as quickened, they may both be cast by using the standard action to cast one and the swift action to cast the other.)

Disclaimer: This is going purely off memory.

Does someone want to look into whether or not such a rule exists?
