Give him a beating?  Make him angry, provoke him into fighting?  Would that be an evil act on the part of the paladin?  In this case I see lack of honor, debasing and destroying human life all in one.  I guess killing him when he was sleeping would be a lesser evil.[...Socrate's himself was permanently pissed.  A lovely little thinker but a bugger when he's pissed]</blockquote>
