The Essentials fighter's battle guardian power, the property of the Moradin's Blessing of Iron divine boon (DMG2), and the Repel Charge (PH3) and Allied Opportunity (MP2) feats all allow melee basic attacks to be made as opportunity actions, but they have different triggers.EDIT: On the issue of trigger conditions, one interesting point of note is the Champion of Order paragon path's In Defense of Order ability, which broadens the trigger conditions for making an opportunity attack.
