Does Rage (DotF) stack with Bbn Rage?

I've just noticed the big restriction on that Rage spell...

It's only available as a domain spell for clerics with the Madness Prestige Domain!!!

I mean, that's really quite a restriction!

Very true. I am letting him take the spell being that he is an Uthgart Shaman. However, if I was going by the rules as written, he would not have access to the spell anyway. Thus, the fact that I am letting him have a spell he would not ordinarily get is another reason to weaken it.

But as I pointed out in my Hulk-wannabe post, Sean K Reynolds' expanded domain list for deities in the Forgotten Realms includes Madness (as well as Community, Creation, and Glory) as a standard domain. Sure, it's technically a house rule, but given the name behind it, it's got a semi-official quality to it (like any rules by Monte Cook).

Then, any cleric with the right domain gains access to the spell, as opposed to those clerics with the proper prestige class and deity.

Little more info, Matt:

The ONLY reason why I have it (other than you, the DM letting It Be So) is because Izra, the Madness-domain cleric shaman that figures into Ubaar's back-story (and you picked up on in the campaign) was there to cast it for Ubaar when he created the Gauntlets of Rage, to further his Legendary Prophecy.

But with your House Ruling :(, it actually doesn't make him any more legendary than if he took Extra Rage to get 3 more Rages per day.
*disappointed sigh, for Ubaar being made less Legendary*
I thought that's what high-level campaigns were for? ;)
