Does the Monster Builder build monsters yet?

Just checking. They said "sometime this summer", so I'm hoping that it can by now. OTOH I haven't heard anything and suspect it will be a big deal when the MB is actually a functional MB again.

So: Can the Monster Builder build monsters yet?

I sometimes wonder if WotC had chosen another format for their tools other than Silverlight, if it would've been cheaper and faster to implement. It seems to me that the lead-time is rather long for what I know wouldn't be terribly complex for other formats to implement.

Silverlight is in itself very capable for this job (if their programmers know what they are doing), so that shouldn't be the reason for the delay.

My guess is that they are implementing the Monster Builder in Silverlight 5, since printing is supposed to actually work in that version. Which, of course, means that they cannot release before SL5 releases...
