[QUOTE="Adso, post: 483694, member: 6706"] I don't mind blunt. :) Get in touch with customer service. They are the people who can help you with your Battlemat problem. I have already talked to those folks about your specific problem. That doesn't mean the person you get on the phone or the other side of the e-mail will be immediately familiar with your specific problem, but the group is, and can handle your issue. On to your playtest question, you haven't received a response for two reasons: 1. We have not received a request from R&D to send out any new playtest material. There are a couple of good reasons for this. The main reason being that with the restructuring there (and the loss of two of the people who ran the program on the R&D end), they have had bigger fish to fry. So lately, and for the near future, we just don't have anything for the playtest groups to sink their teeth into. If we don't have anything that R&D wants to go out to playtest, we don't send anything out to playtesters. 2. With the restructuring, we are also making changes to the playtest program. An announcement on the changes to the program will appear on the RPGA Web site in December. Current groups within the playtest program will have the opportunity to restructure those groups and stay in the program, and the changes also include a clear application process (which was always one of the problems with the older system), so folks who want to join the process will have a clear expectations concerning the process involved.
