That's pretty much how I feel about most of the recent episodes; they're pretty good, but far too late. This is what the first season needed to be. Sure, it's neat when you see Echo blind-fighting and recall she was a blind girl that one time. That doesn't change the fact that the episode where she was blind wasn't that great.

Dollhouse is the perfect example of a story that should have started in media res.

We don't know, and probably there is little point for us* to worry about "what could have been". I'll just enjoy what we have.

It's truly a science fiction show, this Dollhouse one, now at least.

Episode 09 let us see the first human Borg Collective! One of my favorite "if I had the skills and licenses, this is what I'd write"-story is certainly the "Genesis of the Borg". This was one possible take...

Episode 10's was interesting, too. The attic as a super-computer using human brains... And this since 1993!

Now how to create a modern/future RPG campaign based on this...

hrm.. there are only 3 epis left (I think)... so surely they can hold out for those three weeks of January
