Domain Benefit (+1 caster level)?

If a cleric selects the Evil domain, does the +1 caster level with Evil spells apply to Evil spell-like abilities as well?

The FAQ (p. 8) states:
Unless the domain's granted power specifically states that it applies only to a limited range of spells, the bonus applies to all spells the cleric casts, regardless of source.

However, the SRD states:
Spell-Like Abilities: Spell-like abilities are magical and work just like spells (though they are not spells and so have no verbal, somatic, material, focus, or XP components).

It appears that the +1 caster level does not apply to Evil spell-like abilities (though, IMO, it should).

Thoughts?

I think I'd allow it, though, frankly, I would probably not allow the evil stuff to begin with. I just think it's a bad idea, but that's just me :)

No, it doesn't. They are not spells as you've pointed out. I would not allow it either because IMO it wouldn't even make sense unless the SPA were somehow tied to the cleric class.

Well, true enough - I'd allow it only if the spell-like ability was divinely granted.
