This spell cannot be dispelled. Below are the effects on spells cast within spell dampening by school and type. You apply the limitations based on the school first, then the limitations based on type. So, if the limitations on the type are none then the spell has no limitations no matter what school it is from. If a type is not listed then assume it is unaffected. The spell actually creates a cylinder that reaches up into the heavens where spell effects are dampened. The cost is 1gp/10 ft.. The dome may have a radius of the range of the spell.
