As far as I see it, you can telepathically order them to do pretty much anything. 'Against its nature' is the important part here. So, what is against one's nature? Is it something you would not normally do? Like telling a secret to someone you do not know? I would say no. It only applies, when there are stronger orders, like killing an innocent, if the dominated person is good-aligned. I think good-aligned creatures would also get a save, when you want to turn them against their allies, I wouldn't give such a save to an evil or neutral person, except in special circumstances (like one's best friends or something like that). This is something, that has to be adjudicated on a case-by-case basis, as every person is different. When left uncontrolled, the person will probably be apathic and do nothing much... only if there is real need to do something (eat, sleep, defend oneself, etc), the person will do so. Maybe the person would follow its regular daily routine, just a lot less enthusiastic. ;) Well, you need a DC 15 Sense Motive check to find out, that a person is being dominated, so they obviously do not completely neglect anything (i.e. would respond if talked to, etc), because then it would be rather automatic. But the DC is low, so they do act a lot different, than a normal person would, and it should be easy enough to figure, that there is something wrong even without beating the DC (you just won't know what exactly). Bye Thanee
