No, I don't think so. Of course you would need to augment the duration.

There are logistic concerns, for example, remembering when durations run out and making sure the recasts arn't saved against. There are also do-gooder concernes, for example, a goody-goody cleric running around casting protection from evil or dispel magic on your dominated individuals. Just be wary of both these things. They really have the potential to ruin an otherwise good day.
