I’ve seen it from both sides. I just don’t take it personally and I’ve seen why sometimes it has to happen. You’re not doing anyone a favour by keeping them in a job that is ultimately hurting the business and by extension the other people who work there. Trying to paint management as soulless selfish bureaucrats is one of the characterizations on the boards that I find very distasteful. Along with the general anti business schtick.</blockquote>
