Dorje and psi-like abilities

Anyone happen to know if a race with psi-like powers can use a dorje of a power they have as a psi-like power?

Example: Can a githezai use a dorje of inertial armor?

Sorry, having a psi-like ability and having a power on your class list are not the same thing.

Maybe:

Creatures with the ability to use powers are subject to the same rules for manifesting powers that characters are, but they are not actually members of a class and do not gain any class abilities unless otherwise specified.

Creatures with psionic powers generally emulate the manifesting ability of a particular psionic class. When such a creature takes levels in that same class, it can stack its innate psionic powers and its class power progression together.

First paragraph: If you consider a class power list a class ability, then no.

Second paragraph: Since they generally emulate a psionic class, you could say that they get the class' power list, so yes.

I lean towards the second interpretation.
