How does this compare to the three other Mecha d20 RPGs available (if you count Mecha Crusade as one)?

Mecha Crusade treated the mecha as more of a suit. FrameTek combines that with rules on facing, hit locations, and different armors. Still keeps combat simple by treating the frame as an extension of the pilots body. The system concentrates more on the characters and their advancement than on the equipment.

And compared to the Guardians of Order Mecha d20 and Mongoose's Armageddon 2089?

To be honest I have not seen either of the other two. I got the idea to write a d20 large robotic vehicle game well over a year ago and was working with Fantages Studios to get it published by the end of last year. Things did not work out with them so it was published late in March. It was well underway before Mecha Crusade came out, or 2089 was even announced.

For comparison.....It is a small $5.00 .pdf with very low budget associated with it. I have yet to see 2089, but from the previews it looks increadable.

I tried to make an easy system without a lot of new rules just more flavor and fun.
