Double Attack & Dual Weapon Mastery

Does Double Attack stack with Dual Weapon Mastery, so that you would get 2 attacks with each weapon, or would you just get 2 attacks with the main hand and 1 attack with the off-hand?

You get three total attacks, though you can make it two with your "primary" and one with your "secondary," or one with your "primary" and two with your "secondary." Note that there's no real difference betwen primary and secondary weapons.

Obviously, with Triple Attack and Dual Weapon Mastery you would have 4 attacks as a full attack?

Yep.

Though note that unless you're attacking opponents with extremely low Reflex Defense, or have used Multiattack Proficiency at least three or four times, it's almost never worth it to combine the abilities. (And you shouldn't take Multiattack Proficiency so many times, either--it's too hard to reliably ensure opportunities to get full attacks.)
