Ok here is that draco lich template i hamered out. I would apriceate if someone made sample Draco Lich Lord and Some flavor text.

Also I cant seem to attach files if someone wants a RTF version Send me your e-mail addy.

This template is based off of this version of the dracolich.

This version of the Dracolich is 3.0 but the only change realy needed as far as i can see is the dr (I think 15/ Holy and magic works well)
Anyway on with the Draco lich Lord.

CREATING A DRACO LICH LORD
“Draco Lich Lord” is a template that can be added to any Dracolich that can cast spells (divine or arcane) as atleast a level 21 caster. And has acess to the craft Wonderous item feat. It uses all the Dracolich’s statistics and special abilities except as noted here. Part of the process of becoming a Dracolich Lord includes the Creation Of Draconic Totems made from the Bones of Great wyrm dragons.

Size: Same as Base Dracolich.

Hit Dice: As DracoLich But the Draco lich Lord gain 10 Bonus Hit points per hit dice.

Speed: Replace with fly 350 ft. (perfect) or the dracolicheslich’s supernatural (not natural) fly speed, whichever is better.

AC: The Dracolich Lord retains the dracolich’s +3 natural armor bonus and gains an insight bonus equal to AC equal to its Hit Dice.

Attack: As Dracolich

Damage: As Dracolich + Death Chill (see below.)

Frightful Presence (Ex.): Dracolich’s gain a +4 to the DC of the
frightful presence aura generated by all dragons.

Paralyzing Gaze (Su.): 30 feet, Will save or affected as by a hold person spell cast by a 20th-level sorcerer.

Death Chill (Ex.): The dracolich generates intense cold, dealing 2d8 points of Cold damage, 2d8 points of negitive energy damage And 2 points of strength damage with Any of its natural attacks. Creatures attacking a dracolich unarmed or with natural weapons take this damage each time their attacks hit.

Fear Aura (Su): Dracolich Lords are shrouded in a dreadful aura of death and evil. Creatures of less than 5 HD in a 60- foot radius that look at the Dracolich Lord must succeed at a Will save (DC 14 + Dracolich Lord’s Cha modifier) or be affected as though by fear as cast by a 21st-level caster.

Paralyzing Gaze(Su): Any creature which falls victum to this 30' gaze attack must succeed at a Fortitude save (DC 10 + Dracolich Lord’s HD + Dracolich Lord’s Cha modifier) or be permanently paralyzed. Remove paralysis or any spell that can remove a curse can free the victim. The effect cannot be dispelled. Anyone paralyzed by a Dracolich Lord seems dead as though their life force were snuffed out, though a successful Spot check (DC 25) or Heal check (DC 20) reveals that the victim is still alive.

Spells: The Dracolich Lord can cast any spells it could cast as a Dracolich.

Spell-Like Abilities: At will— astral projection, Control Undead, create greater undead, create undead, death knell, enervation, greater dispel magic, harm (usually used to heal itself ), summon monster I–IX, telekinesis, and weird; 2/day— greater planar ally. Dracolich Lords use these abilities as casters of a level equal to their spellcaster level, but the save DCs are equal to 10 + the Dracolich Lord’s HD + the Dracolich Lord’s Charisma modifier.

Special Qualities: The Dracolich Lord retains all the lich’s special qualities and also has those described below.

Magic Immunity (Ex): Dracolich Lordes are immune to all magical and supernatural effects, except as follows. A dispel evil spell deals 3d6 points of damage (Fort save for half damage). Holy smite spells affect Dracolich Lords normally.

Transference (Su): Headbands, belts, rings, cloaks, and other wearable items kept in close association with the Dracolich Lord’s Phylactery or totem transfer all their benefits to the Dracolich Lord no matter how far apart the Dracolich Lord and These objects are located. The standard limits on types of items utilized simultaneously still apply.

Totem (Ex): If the Draco Lich lord is within 160' of its totem it gains Fast heal 30 a +10 Deflection bonus to armor class and all save dc ofr any of its abilities are at +4. Also upto 3 times each round The totem may deliver a ray (With an attack bonus equal to the base dragon hit dice) attack which delivers 2d4 temporary negitive levels to the character These return after 24 hours.

Undead Traits: Immune to poison, sleep, paralysis, stunning, disease, death, effects, necromantic effects, mind-affecting effects, and any effect requiring a Fortitude save unless it also works on objects. Not subject to critical hits, subdual damage, ability damage, ability drain, or energy drain. Negative energy heals. Not at risk of death from massive damage, but destroyed at 0 hit points or less. Darkvision 60 ft. Cannot be raised; resurrection works only if creature is willing.

Immunities (Ex): Dracolich Lords are immune to cold, electricity, polymorph, and mind-affecting attacks.

Turn Resistance (Ex): A Dracolich Lord has turn resistance +20.

Damage Reduction (Su): A Dracolich Lord loses any previous damage reduction and instead has damage reduction 20/Epic and Holy (15 points of damage is subtracted from all melee attacks unless the weapon used is both an epic and a bludgeoning weapon). Dragon Bane (or dread) weapons, no matter their enhancement bonus, ignore this damage reduction but do only half damage to a Dracolich Lord.

Resistances (Ex): Dracolich Lords have acid resistance 20, fire resistance 20, and sonic resistance 20.

Saves: Same as the Dracolich.

Abilities: A Dracolich Lord gains +10 to Strength, Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma.

Skills: Dracolich Lords receive a +20 racial bonus to Intimidate, Listen, Search, Sense Motive, and Spot checks. Otherwise same as the dracolich (this overlaps with the previous racial bonus gained by the dracolichlich; it does not stack).

Feats: Same as the lich.

Epic Feats: Dracolich Lords gain the feats Blinding Speed, Tenacious Magic, Epic Toughness and Automatic Quicken Spell.

Climate/Terrain: Same as the lich.

Organization: Solitary or Hord (1 Dracolich Lord and 3–6 dragon of ancient or older age catagory some of which may be Dracoliches..).

Challenge Rating: Same as the Dracolich + 6.

Treasure: Same as the Dracolich.

Alignment: Any evil (Unless you Buy into that Arch Lich Stuff.).

Advancement: As Dracolich

Dracolich Lord CHARACTERS
The process of becoming a Dracolich Lord can be undertaken only by a Dracolich acting of its own free will. The Dracolich Lord retains all abilities it had as a Dracolich.

CREATING TOTEMS
DracoLiches have phylacteries that allow them to reapear in a new boddy after it is slain, as do Dracolich Lords. Dracolich Lords also have A Totem, which acts like a phylactery in its own right. If the totem as well as the Dracolich Lord’s phylactery, are not destroyed after a Dracolich Lord is downed, the Dracolich Lord reappears 1d10 days after its apparent death. Each Dracolich Lord must make its own Totem, which requires the Craft Wondrous Item feat. The lich must be a sorcerer, wizard, or cleric of at least 21st level. Each Totem costs 120,000 gp and 4,800 XP to create and has a caster level equal to that of its creator at the time of creation. Totems apear to be Skulls of dragons lashed togeather as grisly art peices Beaten gold and gems decorate the totems of Dracolich lords. The totems have 50 hp and a hardness of 20 And share all of the dracoliches resistances and Immunities.
