Why do you assume that it's supposed to be non-costly? I'd think that a dragon's wing-claw wouldn't be a very common item in even the best magic shoppe.

While we're here, it seems to me that a nice alternative for this spell would be to have the speed and maneuverability of the flight linked to the age and type of the dragon.

And there is no price given, so it should by definition be non-costly and part of a Spell Component Pouch (there is a lot of weird stuff in a SCP, anyways, but still).

Maybe they're counting things like Pseudodragons, but still...Oh well. That's another good reason to use AU or EoM(R)
