Is it me or are they giving halflings a particularly bloodthirsty image?

I can remember in the Halfling issue last summer they had that picture of a halfling standing over an orc he'd killed, all splashed in blood and looking like he enjoyed it. Now they have "flesheaters?"

Heh..the content page looks pretty tame (and/or lame, if you ask me) for issue 300...

I don't know about the rest of you, but I cannot take 3E halflings seriously as it is, and this whole flesh eaters thing is worse...it had me laughing out loud at work...it's pretty ridiculous...
