They do the job, anyway.The utility powers are a mixed bunch. Some are fantastic, some are a bit lacklustre, others have a great visual. Here are some specifics:Mark of Handling: An extra standard action, even if you have to spend it on summons or beasts, is amazing. This is probably the best of the bunch.Mark of Making: A very interesting one, and probably something a lot of optimisers are going to exploit to get multiple, un-breakable conditions. But considering you're not going to have too many such powers anyway, I think it works.Mark of Sentinel: This one is a bit 'meh'. Charm effects are often the worst (dominate, I'm looking at you), but they're not common enough to make the power compete against things such as the above two.Mark of Warding: Now there's a ward that does the trick. If only there was a way to combine it with the Mark of Making <img src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f609.png" class="smilie smilie--emoji" loading="lazy" width="64" height="64" alt=";)" title="Wink    ;)"  data-smilie="2"data-shortname=";)" />What does everyone else think to them?</blockquote>
