Dragon Attacks Question

I'm making a dragon, and am stumped about the number of attacks it gets.

The one I've generated has a Bite attack as its primary weapon, then claws, wings and tail as secondary attacks. (+24/+22/+22/+22, as he's got Multiattack to offset the attack penalty)

What I want to know is: Does the bite function like the "main hand" attack by a ranger; i.e. does my dragon also get to make iterative attacks at +24/+19/+14/+9 with his "primary" bite attack, and "off-hand" attacks with his other limbs at his BAB-2?

(Obviously he's only going to get one at +24 in any case).

So: Is it +24/+19/+14/+9 with Bite,

OR

Is it +24/+22/+22/+22 with Bite, 2 Claws, 2 wings & tail,

OR

is it +24/+22/+22/+22/+19/+14/+9 with Bite, 2 claws, 2 wings, tail, Bite, Bite and Bite?

The last one *does* seem like rather a lot, to be perfectly honest, but I can't see any other way of reading the claws, wings and tail as "secondary attacks".

To back my argument for this massive degree of carnage, the Black Dragon at the end of "Forge of Fury" manages to use wing, claw & bite attacks during a Partial Charge. I can't see how it's managing this, either!

No.

No.

Yes.

No.

Natural attacks and weapon attacks are differant animals, so to speak. See MM, page 7.

That's an error. The dragon cannot make a partial charge and get more than one attack. It does not have the Pounce ability.
