If a dragon is flanked by characters A & B. The dragon tries to crush atk B on its next turn. The Dragon has to move on top of Character B's square. Does the Dragon draw an AoO from Char A?

Nope. A dragon has to be flying or jumping and must land on enemies as a standard action to crush. So the movement involved, even if it were only 5 ft. would not be the same as a 5 ft. step, and hence, would draw AoOs.
