I own the original Dragon Magazine CD-ROM and every single issue of dragon since then except one (#251!). I also own every issue of Dungeon printed since 3rd edition was announced. Even so I would buy a compilation in a heartbeat. There's no way such a product would cost less than $50 and more than likely I think it would come in at $60+. Considering an issue has cost about $8 for a while now I don't see it fair to Paizo to charge any less.

I would expect a cost of US$100, maybe more. It is, after all, a niche product. And I wouldn't be surprised if it were download-only. How many people here download Linux of Microsoft DVD ISOs?

I love the archive of 1-250, so I'd buy 'em, easily. (Assuming I didn't have to repurchase 1-250 again - and even then, I'd seriously consider it.)

I did buy my Dragon CD-ROM for about $25 from Amazon. That was slightly less than 10 years ago. That was cheap even then though. I'd expect between $50-$100, more towards the middle range.

Yes to both, provided all the game material was present. I would prefer the archive to be truly complete (including comics), but if that's not possible, then no matter.
