Did some of them come from the 2E FR book?
Yes. Tymora, Lendys, Hlal, Astilabor, and Garyx were all from the 2e Draconomicon. Some of the info there is slightly different (for example, Hlal was portrayed as a faerie dragon instead of a copper dragon), but there isn't really
more detail there - the 2e descriptions were extremely brief, and
Races of the Dragon is actually a better source for those particular gods (although I like how 2e distinguished Garyx's CE "destruction" aspect from his CN "purity" aspect, which some gold dragons revere).
Monster Mythology is better for Aasterinian, Chronepsis, Io, and Falazure, however. I would also plug
Monster Mythology for Nathair Sgiathach, who is essentially identical to Hlal.
There were some gods in the 2e Draconomicon that haven't appeared in 3e, like Kereska, goddess of magic, or Zorquan, god of "dragon-ness." The 3e designers seemed content to have one god for each major alignment, plus Chronepsis and Io.
Oh, also note that
Cult of the Dragon did some retconning with the 2e
Draconomicon in order to reconcile its pantheon with the very different
Monster Mythology pantheon. It decided that Xymor and Bahamut were the same, added Tiamat to the pantheon, etc.
