Issue 76 and 112 (I think) have indexes... is there one more current?

I have issues 1-250 on CD (one of the best $35 ever spent) and own 279 and 281+

I have a text file put together by some guy (I no longer have the name, grabbed it from rec.games.frp.dnd long ago) that covers up to issue 218....
