Please can anybody tell me what is happening about the UK dragon problem. The last issue I got was issue 300. I now see that issue 306 is coming out on to the stands .. This has been going on for Six months and has gone far beyond a joke.

I seem to recall something on the news page several weeks back mentioning that the publisher was having some difficulty with its U.K. distributors hence the magazines were not getting to the stands in that area.

I don't recall much else beyond that though.

The topic has come up many, many time before. I'd suggest emailing Paizo to get an answer.

There is still a thread open on this topic in the d20 Publishers forum (where it has recieved attention from Johnny Wilson president of Piazo Publishing)

http://enworld.cyberstreet.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=36565

Here is a quote from a post Mr Wilson made in a thread that was closed due to personal attacks

Paizo Publishing LLC does NOT have the subscription data. We have NOT received the subscription money paid to the subscription agency. We are not allowed to have the subscription data due to Euro privacy laws. We have been trying to solve the problem. We have a little over 700 Dragon subscribers and a little over 400 Dungeon/Polyhedron subscribers in Europe that have been affected by this problem. All of the companies involved want to see the subscription funds refunded and are working toward it.

Paizo DOES have to be extremely closed-mouthed about this situation due to legal matters.

750 European subscribers have in NO WAY endangered our 50,000 paid circulation. In fact, we have had many issues over the last eight months over 55,000 even without those subscribers. Do we LIKE writing off Europe? NO WAY! Do I like reading messages that misrepresent my position? Actually, all of you who have accused me of malfeasance and incompetence, not to mention rudeness, are probably stroking that sick part of my personality that enjoys playing and writing about villains.

Hope that helps a little.

Morrus has asked us to close new threads on this topic, since it's been covered repeatedly.. and with the amount of frustration on both sides, each thread inevitably gets nasty.

So with Holy Bovine's superb link providing the information you need, I'll close this one down. Please feel free to email me if there is a problem.
