I'd have it go up every OTHER level so they end up with a +5 against the SR of dragons, which is pretty damn significant. Dragon Scales are another nice idea, but you should have a maximum number of rounds per day that they can be used, or maximum number of times per day they can be deployed/retracted. Protection from Dragons is WAY too disgusting as it is. It should only last for minutes per dragon level, and the Dragon Might bonus should NOT stack with it. It should also come much later in the prestige class than at level 1. Dragon Breath should be toned down from 2d6 per level. When you finished the prestige class, you'd have a breath weapon that did 14D6 damage!! 1d6 per level is more than enough. The dragon shape is also kinda overpowered, but I assume you WANT a prestige class that lets you transform into a dragon, and 10 rounds once per week is a nice limitation.
Well, it all depends. Personally, I'd say this prestige class is way too overpowered. I find it a bit odd that you decided to give the class a d6 hit die, but then give it the BAB progression of a wizard, and the Save progression of a Cleric. Some of the abilities are overpowered, and some of the abilities are WAY overpowered IMHO, and should just be removed. Here's what I would do... This is what your progression is like right now. 1: Dragon Might +1, Protection from Dragons, Dragon Resistance(5), Dragon Scales (+2) 2: Dragon Might +2, Dragon Eye 3: Dragon Might +3, Dragon Fang 4: Dragon Might +4, Dragon Breath 5: Dragon Might +5, Dragon Wing, Dragon Scales (+4) 6: Dragon Might +6, Spell Resistance 7: Dragon Might +7, Frightful Presence 8: Dragon Might +8, Dragon Resistance (10) 9: Dragon Might +9, Dragon Scales (+6) 10: Dragon Might +10, Dragon Shape Certain abilities in here are WAY too sick IMHO. I would simply remove the Spell Resistance, Frightful Presence, and I would remove EITHER the Dragon Breath or the Dragon Fang... I would probably choose to remove Dragon Fang. Dragon Wing should be removed. Most of the abilities here are WAY overpowered. Dragon Might is a nice idea, but going up +1 every level is a bit extreme. SO, here's what my progression would look like. I'd give the character a d8 hit die, and the saving throw progression of a cleric. 1: Dragon Might +1, Dragon Resistance (5) 2: Dragon Scales (+2), Dragon Eye 3: Dragon Might +2 4: Dragon Breath 5: Dragon Might +3, Dragon Scales (+4) 6: Protection From Dragons 7: Dragon Might +4 8: Dragon Scales (+6) 9: Dragon Might +5, Dragon Resistance (10) 10: Dragon Shape In this form, it's STILL a really powerful prestige class. If you're playing a really high powered campaign, then stick with your original... but in the games that I play, even this edited version is still a really powerful prestige class. Good ideas though! I like the Dragon Might idea, as well as the Dragon Scales.
