I already apologised for what I did. This is what I have done so far. If you (plural) think that there's something broken, something to change, something bad, something whatever, please post it. The converted monsters are good to make dragons who fight against the PCs, but not to make PCs. This is because monsters are less tough than PCs. In fact, PCs are expected to win in the majority of situations. So to make balanced PCs it would be better to create a dragon race and class comparable to what we already have in the PH. I thought to make a class with four builds, one for role:

A defender dragon build, with Dragon Challenge, a copy of Combat Challenge
A striker dragon build, similar to the bow ranger, with Dragon's Quarry, a cut and paste from Hunter's Quarry
A leader dragon build, with Draconic Roar, exactly alike Healing Word or Inspiring Word
A controller dragon build, with a feature that enlarges the area of breath attacks.
Also, the top dragon abilities are Str, Con, Dex and Wis. So the scores will be used as primary (the one you use for attacks, ex. Int for a wizard) and secondary (the ones that control the magnitude of your effects, ex. Dex for a wand wizard0). I chose to use Con for breath attacks, and Str for claw and bite attacks.

Striker: as this will be much more an artillery like the ranged ranger, using focused breath on ranged targets, the primary score is Con and the secondary is Dex.
Defender: this is focused on claw and bite attacks and uses breath weapon in combat as a secondary weapon. The primary score is Str and the secondary is Dex.
Leader: this is much like an hybrid between the inspiring warlord and the battle cleric. Since the dragons had some cleric spells in 3e, this will have some cleric-like powers, but not all. Primary: Strength, Secondary Wis.
Controller: This is similar to the war wizard. He uses breath weapon to create large areas of his draconic element, sometimes hindering foes with effects. His primary score is Con and his secondary is Dex.
The tertiary score would be Con for builds with primary Str and vice-versa, if you want to take some powers from that build. There are no other class features because, you'll see, the racial traits are really huge. Racial Traits Char bonuses: +2 Str, +2 Con Draconic Will: +1 will Skills: I have not yet decided, but I'd go with Perception and Endurance Draconic Growth: The dragon is Medium size and Adolescent in the heroic tier, becomes of Large size in the Paragon tier (Young and Adult dragons), and becomes Huge in the epic tier (elder dragon). You also have a fly speed of 8 in the heroic tier, of 10 in the paragon tier and of 12 in the epic tier, and an overland flight speed of 12 in the heroic tier and of 15 in the paragon and epic tier. When your size increases your claw and bite attacks also increase by one size. Note: this could be included in the Paragon Path or Epic Destiny features, or maybe these could be less powerful due to this trait. Draconic Destiny: a dragon must choose the Epic Destiny Ancient Dragon. Small note: I still have to write the destiny. The important thing is that at the end you become an ancient dragon, you have gathered enough treasure to buy your place in the dragon heaven, and so you can rest and guard your treasure while waiting for your death. Draconic class: a dragon must choose the class Dragon at character creation. A dragon cannot take multiclass feats. Draconic armor: the dragon has a +3 armor bonus to AC that does not stack. The dragon can only wear heavy armor made for dragons. Note: this is, as you can probably notice, simply a free hide armor. For the enhancement bonuses, look down. Draconic weapons: The dragons has always available the Bite and Claw weapons and the Breath and Wings implements. He does not need to sheathe them and he cannot take them off, even if forced. Bite: +2 proficiency bonus, 1d10 damage, weapon group Bite, properties none. Claw: +3 proficiency bonus, 1d8 damage, weapon group Claw, properties none. A feat increases the Claw damage die by one size and another feat gives the High Crit property to Bite. Draconic Element: at character creation, choose a dragon color. Every dragon color is associated with an element.

White: Cold
Black: Acid
Green: Poison
Blue: Lighting
Red: Fire
Gold: Fire
Silver: Cold
Brass: Fire
Copper: Acid
Bronze: Lighting
there will be a special keyword called Draconic Element that gives that power the keyword of your element. As for the metallic dragons and their secondary breath, some powers only available to some dragon colors will be fine. Draconic Enhancements: instead of buying magic objects, dragons deposite part of their treasure (either gold, art objects, gems or magic items) in their lair and get enhanced natural weapons. The only thing they can buy is draconic heavy armor. Note: we'll have to write some specific rules and some draconic magic items. In the end, a little comic section (i'm joking): Play a dragon if you want:

To look like an awesome dragon
To gather an awesome treasure
To breathe awesome draconic elements
To be absolutely awesome
I also made an incomplete list of at will powers:

Draconic projectile (ranged basic attack, con based)
Lesser Draconic Breath (small breath, similar to thunderwave but more damage and no push)
Lesser Wing Strike (like thunderwave, but force damage)
Cleave
Double Claw (like twin strike but with claws)
Dragon Tactics (like wolf pack tactics)
This is what I have done so far.
