When the Dragon comes knocking, you don't go and say: "wait a couple of weeks, let me get my boots of flying ready". You're an adventuree, and that means that soemtimes Adventure come to you as well.</p><p></p><p>But to be fair, many of you have pointed out how a 20th level character has good odds to beat a CR13 Dragon. But if there are odds you'll win, there are also odds you'll lose. And I still believe the fight isn't as one-sided as people believe.
