IMO the lack of imagination comes from those who can't imagine that a fantasy (or even alien) race just might not be so easily pigeon-holed into conforming exactly with the biological rules of planet Earth.
Admin here. Just because people don't agree with you doesn't mean they lack imagination. Next time please express yourself without insulting most of the people in this thread in the process. Thank you. ~ Piratecat
In humans, boobies aren't necessary for breast feeding. Lot's of animals have mammaries and nipples, but no boobies. They're present because human males find them sexually attractive. Maybe they're sexually attractive to dragonborn males as well. Since dragonborn don't exist in the real world, we can't ask them what they like. Isn't it a lack of imagination to be unable to believe that anthropomorphic dragon-men might be attracted to anthropomorphic dragon-women with boobies? It's all a matter of taste. Since dragon-born aren't real, we can't look to the real world. If they have boobies, it's because dragonborn men really like them. If they have nipples, it would be odd (unless they breastfeed their young). But boobies are a different matter all together.
