It is a 7 hd Creature with a level adjustment of +2..... So total level adjustment would be 9 in 3.0. Looking it over, I might make it a bit higher.

hey is there a limit to the enhancement bonus a weapon can have and it adds to the attk bonus and damage right.. so a +1 greatsword would do 1d6+1 damage

Up to +5 for non-epic weapons.

Yes, they do add to attack and damage, but since greatsword's (for medium creatures) have a base damage of 2d6, that would be 2d6+1 (plus 1.5 x Str bonus, and other applicable bonuses).
