I'd like some help in statting out this critter and fleshing out it's powers/abilities etc. Could somebody please help?

This creature bears a striking resemblance to a silver dragon. But there are differences that are readily apparent to a careful observer. It lacks the chin and neck frill common to silver dragons. Also, it’s scales are jet black and glow with an inner silvery glow, giving them a shifting, liquid look.

A Dragonlord has a pleasant scent of new fallen rain and myrrh. Dragonlords hail from some unknown dimension or alternate reality that they no longer remember or care to reveal.

Adult Dragonlords are beautiful and frightening at the same time. In their true form, they appear as Colossal seven headed dragons with scales like highly polished black hematite..

Dragonlords rarely take mates from their own species, which has over the years led to some rather unique characteristics only held by these creatures. From wyrmling to young age categories, they mostly resemble Aasimars or related species. From Juvenile to Young adult, they mostly resemble half-dragons or half-celestials, depending on their parent’s choice at the child’s conception.

When they reach the full adult-stage, they transform (often in a single day) into a full blown Dragonlords. The change is often traumatic and they are dependant on their parents or other Dragonlords to shepherd them through the process. They are then given into the keeping of an older dragon (not always of their species) for training until they reach Mature adult stage and then are cut loose to find their own way into the world.

Though incredibly rare, Dragonlords have occasionally been spotted in many different climates and terrains. They seem to however prefer dwelling in elvish or human cities. Unlike silver dragons, Dragonlords prefer elven company to their own kind and often have elven consorts. Some even speculate that they were in fact descended from silver dragons. Others believe that they were a failed attempt to create evil versions of metallic dragons. No one knows for sure.

Combat
Though not inherently violent, Dragonlords will not avoid combat when presented with a truly evil foe or some perceived injustice. Dragonlords will use a combination of spells, psionics and their own natural ability to shape-shift at will to confuse and defeat their enemies. They will often be aided by other good-aligned dragons and non-dragons who share their point of view.

BREATH WEAPON (SU)
A Dragonlord has two types of breath weapons. A cone of fire and a glowing blue-green mist that does double damage against undead or evil creatures.
50-ft cone, damage 12d10 fire, reflex DC 26 (or higher if heightened) half; or 25ft mist like weapon that causes 12d10 hps to undead or evil-creatures reflex DC 26 (or higher if heightened) half. This mist will heal any non-evil creature 12d10 hps of damage and will remove any fear-charm-domination effects/spells on the non-evil creature.

ALTERNATE FORM (SU)
A Dragonlord can assume any form huge size or smaller as a standard action at will. They cannot assume the forms of constructs, undead, ooze, plant, elemental or fey. This ability functions as a polymorph spell cast on itself as a spell-caster of 20th level. However, this ability does not let them regain hit points for changing form. The dragon can remain in its form until it choose to assume a new one or return to its natural form.
