Because all races / classes now have more overall powers, one feat per will not break anything.I also disagree strongly with the idea of making it a multiclass-style option. The powers of the dragonmarks are not (as a rule) combat oriented and tend to provide the equivalent of another utility power.Those that do have combat applications (like cure light) are going to be balanced by the fact that they will be daily powers.Overall, I don't know why this needs to be more complicated.Oh, and Heir of Siberys would be an epic destiny IMHO. You can't get the mark until 16th level in 3e which translates to 24th level in 4e, which is only 2 levels behind when a destiny would gain its utility power.DC</blockquote>
