Dragons and the CR/EL system in The Immortals Handbook

I remember reading some disagreement over this a while ago, and I'm not sure whether it's resolved yet, but...

I've finally found a game designer saying that dragons were designed with intentionally undervalued CRs - which fits UK's assertions about dragons perfectly.

That's a 3.0 rant. While it's not completely fixed in 3.5, it's much better.
