I think it's Backerkit doing something strange. These are the December 2024 packets. I still have the ZIP file I downloaded then. The files were dated 1899 in that archive, too. The packet 2 files that were dated December 2024 are gone now, or else got merged into the July 2025 dated files. Like, maybe the MCDM crew did something wrong, but it seems strange that you could do what looks like has happened by accident. Either way, you want the Draw Steel: Heroes v1.0 and Draw Steel: Monsters v1.0 downloads, and that's all. .... This campaign has not convinced me that Backerkit is particularly well-designed. Getting to digital downloads is just... weird. For both backer packets and now for this. I have to go to surveys for the project I backed, and then I can see a link to digital downloads? How the heck does that make any sense at all? What a stupid navigation route. And I don't care if "it makes sense if you understand what they mean by surveys". I shouldn't have to understand that. That's the programmer's problem, not mine. I should be able to access stuff directly and easily. I'm on backerkit to get stuff. Why isn't there a tab on the campaign page that just shows me all my stuff? The earlier backer packets were similarly confusing to access. They made an update post on backerkit, but the link in the update post didn't work. You had to use the link in the email they sent, which was the same, but it had to be from there. So you had to go to backerkit and log in, then you had to go to your email and click the link, and then you could access the packets. Whatever went wrong with that they eventually fixed it, but it was still stupid navigation tricks. It may have been a problem on MCDM's part, but... I feel like backerkit shouldn't make such a thing easy to screw up.
