Dreaming Cities. . . or. . . ?

I'll admit it straight up: I'm not a big fan of Tri-Stat. Nothing personal; I just don't like it much.

OK, with that out of the way, is there either a planned d20 version of Dreaming Cities, or anything similar that exists already (for d20), or that will do at some point?

One player is quite stoked with the possibilities in that genre (sub-genre?), and I'd love to run something in that vein, if I get the chance.

I think GoO would do a great job, if they did a conversion, but there are quite a number of excellent companies out there whose work I'd buy.

Arguably "Changeling: The Dreaming" covered some of the same territory, but OWoDized it.
