Dregh Personality Dregh are always curious of their surroundings, which means they can live very adventurously, however they are shy in company. This often means that they end up, looking but not touching. Physical description A Dregh stands around 6’10” -7’ 6”, most of this height is due to the large tail that supports their legless bodies. The bottom half resembles a snake’s lower half; however it merges in to a furry torso. The top half looks like a satyr, however, only in a few ways. First as previously stated they have a fine fur, and also ram horns. Diet They seem to have a "Weakness" to caffeine and adrenaline. All stimulants have an increasesed effect. Dregh have a fondness for spicy food, along with spices, they like fish, bread, vegetables, and some fruit. They are generally vegetarians, as the seed rarely falls far from the tree. Alignment Trying to avoid outside conflict most Dregh remain neutral, however some take their curiosity out of their homeland and take sides. Homeland Dregh live near or in forests, and usually near steams, they favour flat ground, and almost all humid climates, they dislike deserts, and open land. Dregh are happy near almost every kind of forest. Dregh prefer natural houses, but large congregations mean the need for buildings. Other populations of Dregh live in places other than forests but do not like cold climates because of their cold-bloodedness. Religion Dregh worship Elhonia, some may vary but all the gods they pay tribute to have natural aspect, all except the evil Dregh who openly worship Merrshaulk and are some times friends of the Yuan-ti. Language Dregh speak their own language, and other races may find it hard as it bears no resemblance to other languages. They understand a smidgeon of common and elfish, they can pick up most languages much faster then humans can. Names The Dregh have a sacred and magical book of all names that have been chosen so far, and thus no other Dregh would use another’s name on their child, to do so would shame their child and them selves. Names are individuality, and to take someone else’s would be like taking styles, and ideas. Some common names are Male: Andar, Frulle, Doulk, Shorn and Gernohr Female: Leialla, Klyyr, Hourn, Shrenale and Guolle Miscellaneous Even good Dregh kill Yuan-ti on sight, and do not speak of their “Tainted brothers” openly, and Dregh do not provoke Yuan-ti, but if one is met, they will not hesitate to kill it. Racial traits +2 Con -2 Wisdom Movement rate of 30ft Low-light Vision Dregh can see twice as far as a human in starlight, moonlight, torchlight, and similar conditions of poor illumination. They retain they ability to distinguish colour and detail under these conditions. +2 to Will saves against fear affects +2 to Swim, spot and search checks Wood cunning as Stone cunning but with wood
